负压封闭引流技术结合腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足踝部软组织缺损 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨负压封闭引流技术(vacm sealing drainage,VSD)结合腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足踝部软组织缺损的价值,为临床研究提供有力科学依据。方法 42例足踝部软组织缺损患者作为分析对象,遵循随机数字表格法分成两组,研究组21例,采取VSD结合腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复治疗,对照组采取常规创面换药结合腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复治疗,比较分析两组术后住院时间、疼痛评分、踝关节功能、术后感染情况等指标。结果研究组患者住院时间平均(28.1±4.6)d,踝关节功能评分平均(93.2±6.5)分,对照组患者住院时间平均(16.2±3.3)d,踝关节功能评分平均(83.4±5.0)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他指标除了住院费用,如手术准备时间、换药次数、创面感染、疼痛评分等,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论负压封闭引流技术(VSD)结合腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复治疗足踝部软组织缺损,能够有效缩短住院时间、减少创面感染、促进踝关节功能恢复,建议各医院借鉴使用。 ObjectiveTo explore vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) technology combined with sural neurovascular flap in repairing soft tissue defects ankle values to provide a strong scientific basis for clinical studies.MethodsDivided 42 patients with foot soft tissue defect into study group and contrl group, 21 cases in each group, study group received VSD combined sural neurovascular flap repair treatment, control group received conventional wound dressing combines sural neurovascular flap treatment, postoperative hospital stay, pain score, ankle function, postoperative infection and other indicators were comparatively analyzed.ResultsThe average hospital stay of study group was (28.1±4.6) d, ankle function score was (93.2±6.5) points, the average hospital stay of control group was (16.2±3.3) d, ankle function score was (83.4±5.0) points, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05), other indicators in addition to hospital costs, such as surgical preparation time, number of dressing changes, wound infection, such as pain scores between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05 ).ConclusionVSD combined with sural neurovascular flap can effectively shorten hospital stays, reduce wound infection, promote functional recovery of the ankle join in repairing soft tissue defects of the foot and ankle, it is recommended to clinical promotion.
