西黄胶囊对乳腺癌术后放疗患者免疫功能及生存质量的影响

Effects of Xihang capsles on immne fnction and life qality of patients with breast caner receiving postoperative radiotherapy

目的探讨西黄胶囊对乳腺癌术后放疗患者免疫功能及生活质量的影响。方法乳腺癌术后患者43例,随机分治疗组(22例)及对照组(21例)。对照组接受单纯放疗,治疗组在对照组基础上,加用西黄胶囊治疗。在治疗前及治疗后检测两组患者血清T细胞亚群水平,并比较治疗前后KPS评分。结果治疗组治疗后的CD3、CD4和CD4/CD8指标较治疗前均有提高(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后KPS评分明显上升,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西黄胶囊可以明显提高乳腺癌术后放疗患者的免疫功能水平,改善放疗期间的生存质量。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Xihuang capsules on immune function of patients with breast cancer receiving postoperative radiotherapy.MethodsDivided 43 patients with breast cancer into two groups： treatment group（n=22） was treated with Xihuang capsules and radiotherapy; control group（n=21） was treated with radiotherapy only. Then T-lymphocyte subsets Resultsand Karnofsky（KPS） scores were compared before and after treatment in the two groups.ResultsThe level of CD3, CD4 and CD4/CD8 in treatment group were improved significantly than those in control group（P〈0.05） ; the KPS scores increased more significantly in the treatment group than those in control group （P〈0.05）.ConclusionXihuang capsules can improve the immune function and life quality of patients with breast caner receiving postoperative radiotherapy.
