伐昔洛韦联合半导体激光治疗老年带状疱疹临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of semicondctor laser combined with valaciclovir for the treatment of elderly herpes zoster

目的观察伐昔洛韦联合半导体激光治疗老年带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法 70例老年带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均给予伐昔洛韦以及维生素B1、维生素B12治疗,治疗组联合半导体激光照射,于治疗结束时判断疗效,并做统计学分析。结果治疗组、对照组的总有效率分别为85.71%和68.57%,两者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的后遗神经痛发生率低,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伐昔洛韦联合半导体激光治疗老年带状疱疹安全性好、起效快、疗效显著、后遗神经痛的发生率低,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of semiconductor laser combined with valaciclovir for the treatment of elderly herpes zoster.Methods Divided 70 cases of elderly herpes zoster into treatment group and control group. All groups were given valaciclovir, vitaminB1, vitaminB12. Meanwhile semiconductor laser was given to the treatment group.Results After treatment, total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 85.71% and 68.57% respectively. There were significance difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. The incidence of postherpetic neuralgia was significantly lower in treatment group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined treatment of semiconductor laser and valaciclovir is effective, safe for elderly herpes zoster with lower incidence of postherpetic neuralgia.
