中空纤维膜拉伸强度的数据处理及不确定度评定 被引量:2

摘要 拉伸强度是膜使用寿命的影响因素,是中空纤维膜的主要评价指标之一。实验测定了中空纤维膜的拉伸强度,对测定结果进行了数据处理,建立了拉伸强度测定不确定分析数学模型。根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》中相关规定,运用不确定度传递原理评定了测量结果的不确定度。结果表明,该方法测量结果不确定度的主要来源是拉伸强度重复性测定和内径测定。当中空纤维膜样品拉伸强度为2.38 MPa时,测定结果的扩展不确定度为0.20 MPa。 Tensile strength is one of the most important characterization parameters of hollow fiber membrane,which directly influences the membrane service life. The tensile strength of hollow fiber membrane was determined,which was analyzed for the measurement results. The mathematical model for uncertainty assessment was established. According to Evaluation and Express of Uncertainty in Measurement and the principle of error transfer,the components of the uncertainty in the measurement of tensile strength were analyzed. The uncertainty of this method was mainly caused by replicate determination of tensile strength and the inside diameter of the membrane. The expanded uncertainty was 0. 20 MPa as the tensile strength of hollow fiber membrane was 2. 38 MPa.
