摘要
文章通过对Φ3 m×30 m自身返碱蒸汽煅烧炉在大型纯碱装置中的设计计算,与传统纯碱企业的其他煅烧炉进行技术对比,论证了在新建大型纯碱装置的设计选型条件下,Φ3 m×30 m自身返碱蒸汽煅烧炉具有高效节能的特点和同类产品中超强的生产能力。
The design and calculation of Φ3 m × 30 m steam calciner by self returning ash in the large-scale calcined soda device was technologically contrasted with other calciners in the traditional soda enterprise. The selecting model number of design condition in the large-scale calcined soda device was demonstrated. The Φ3 m × 30 m steam calciner by self returning ash had the effective energy-saving characteristic and super-strong production ability in the like products.
