Removal of thiophene and 4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophenes from gasoline by catalytic oxidation over WO_x-SBA-15 catalyst

摘要 采用水热法合成了一系列不同的WOx-SBA-15催化剂,采用X射线粉末衍射、扫描电镜等对催化剂进行了表征。在汽油的氧化脱硫过程中,考查了WOx-SBA-15中不同的Si与W物质的量比对氧化脱硫率的影响。同时考察了氧化脱硫体系中温度、反应时间、催化剂用量、剂油体积比等对脱硫率的影响。结果表明,催化剂的Si与W物质的量比为SW20时催化效果最好,在该反应体系中最佳的反应条件是:催化剂用量为60 mg,氧化反应时间为30 min,氧化温度为60℃,O/S的摩尔比为30,剂油比为1.25,萃取4次后模拟油的硫质量分数可从1 210.83μg/g降低到2.78μg/g,脱硫率可达99.77%。 A series of WOx-SBA-15 catalysts with different Si /W molar ratio are prepared by hydrothermal methods( Marked as SWn,n is the molar ratio of Si and W,n =7.5,15,20,30,40) and characterized by XRD,SEM,etc. The prepared catalyst is used in oxidation and extraction desulfurization of gasoline and model gasoline. The effects of the different Si /W molar ratios in WOx-SBA-15 on oxidation desulfurization are investigated. The influence of temperature,the reaction time,catalyst oil ratio and the amounts of catalysts on the yield and quality are investigated. The results show that,the catalyst with molar ratio of Si and W as 20 shows higher activity in oxidative desulfurization than others. In the reaction system,the optimized conditions are shown as follows: 60 mg of catalyst dosage,30 minutes of reaction time,60℃ of reaction temperature,30 of the molar ratio of O /S,1. 25 of volume ratio of oxidant to simulated oil,and four times of extraction. The sulfur level of gasoline can be decreased from 1 210. 83 μg /g to 2. 78 μg /g and the desulfurization rate is as high as 99. 77%.
