静脉血放置时间对血常规部分检测结果的影响

The influence of venous blood storage time to blood routine part detection results

目的：了解静脉血不同放置时间对血细胞分析仪检测血常规结果的影响。方法：采集60例门诊及住院患者静脉血各2ml，EDTA-K2抗凝，分别放置0min、5min、10min、30min、60min后，通过仪器上机检测血常规结果。结果：RBC和 HGB标本放置时间不同，检测结果无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。 WBC在标本放置10min内检测结果呈不规则递减，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05），标本放置10min之后检测结果无差异（P〉0.05）。 PLT在标本放置30min内检测结果呈不规则递增，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,标本放置30min后检测结果无差异（P〉0.05）。结论：经 EDTA-K2抗凝的静脉血标本,在采血30min 后进行全血细胞分析,可提高结果的准确性。

Objective： To study the influence on some results of blood routine by blood routine analyzer in different storage time.Methods：Venous blood（EDTA - K2 anticoagulant） samples of 60 healthy persons 2ml were collecteol respectively and test the results of blood routine by blood routine analyzer were tosted in 0min、5min、10min、30min、60min.Results：The results of RBC and HGB have no difference in different storage time. The results of WBC decrease irregularly in 10min and the differences are significant （P〉0.05）, in the meanwhile, the differences are not significant after 10min （P〉0.05）. The results of PLT increase irregularly in 30min and the differences are significant （P〉0.05）, meanwhile the differences are not significant after 30min （P〉0.05）. Conclusions： It can improve the accuracy of the blood routine count after the venous blood was collected 30min later.
