摘要
在跨学科的视域下,根据人才学所揭示的人才成长的有关规律,按照过程论、总体性思维原则以及实践辩证法,特别是在方法论整体主义与方法论个人主义相结合的立场下,不难发现大学生村官成长成才的过程是有规律可循的,它不仅表现在大学生村官成长成才有阶段性特征,而且表现在不同阶段及其由一个阶段向另一个阶段转换的动力机制,乃至贯穿全过程的动力机制上。而呈现和说明"需要—利益的驱动机制"、"交往—认同的嵌入机制"、"介入—筹划的参与机制"、"信任—关爱的发动机制"、"责任—目标的导入机制"、"优势—互补的融入机制"、"竞争—任用的促动机制"、"愿景—行动的拉动机制"、"体验—磨砺的内生机制"、"政策—制度的保障机制"十大动力机制何以存在,以及它们是怎样发挥作用的,就成为本文探究的主要课题。
On the point of interdisciplinary view, it is prone to find the rules leading to the growth and success of university student village officials according to the relevant success rules of personnel science, theory of process, general thinking principle and practical dialectics, and especially the combination of holism of methodology and individualism of methodology. The rules reflect on the phased characteristics of the growth and success of student village officials, the motivation mechanism of different stages, from one stage to another and throughout whole process. This paper presents and discusses the existence reasons of the following ten motivation mechanisms: 'need-benefit driving mechanism', 'communication-acceptation embedding mechanism', 'involvement-planning participating mechanism', 'trust-care-love generating mechanism', 'responsibility-goal leading-in mechanism', 'advantage-complement integrating mechanism', 'competition-appointment stimulating mechanism', 'vista-action pulling mechanism', 'experience-sharpening intrinsic mechanism' and 'policy-regulation ensuring mechanism'.
