企业办学下的校园体育文化建设研究——以大同煤炭职业技术学院为例

Research on Campus Sports Culture Construction under School Enterprise-run School——Based on the Case of Datong Coal Vocational and Technical College

学校体育文化建设是校园文化建设的重要组成部分。以大同煤炭职业技术学院为个案运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对校园体育文化的涵义和建设必要性进行探讨、对高职校园体育文化与企业的理念、学院的发展理念之间关系进行研究,提出校园体育文化建设应与企业文化建设之间融合的策略。

School sports culture is an important part of campus culture. Taking Datong Coal Vocational and Technical College as cases,through using the literature review,logical analysis,this paper makes discussion on campus sports culture and the construction amd the meaning of the concept of the relationship between the development of vocational campus sports culture and business philosophy,proposes that strategies campus sports culture should integrated with corporate culture.
