全日制体育硕士专业学位人才培养目标及特征探讨

Full- time Professional Master Degree of Sports Training Cultivation Target and Main Characteristics

采用文献资料、座谈访问等方法,对全日制体育硕士专业学位人才培养目标及主要特征进行了分析研究。结果表明,我国全日制体育硕士专业学位人才培养目标存在目标不明确、不系统、操作性较差、不能突出学科专业特色,以及职业实践性目标设置不足等问题。本文从培养目标、招生对象、专业知识结构、职业指向与实践应用、发展与创新性、发展的不均衡性等方面,对我国全日制体育硕士专业学位人才培养的主要特征进行了探讨。在此基础上,提出了明确全日制体育硕士专业学位人才培养目标、将培养目标从理论层面具体到操作层面、制定科学的实践教学目标体系、注重发展性目标的制定等策略来体现学科专业特点及实践应用性,从而优化全日制体育硕士专业学位人才培养目标,为我国各高校全日制体育硕士人才培养提供参考借鉴。

This paper uses the methods of documentary and interview to analyze full- time professional master degree of sports training target and its main characteristics. The results shows that the training goal of full- time professional master degree of sports in China is not clear,no system,poor operability,can ＇t highlight the characteristics of subjects. As well as professional practical problems such as lack of goal setting. In addition,the training goal,recruit students object,professional knowledge structure,vocational orientation and practice application,development and innovation,the development is not balanced and so on. Full- time professional master degree of sports talent cultivation in China＇s main features are discussed in this paper. Based on this,We should specific the full- time professional master degree of sports training target and training goal from the theoretical level to the operational level. Formulate scientific practice teaching goal system,such as the developmental goal of making policy to reflect the characteristics and practical application of subjects,so as to optimize full- time professional master degree of sports training goal. Provide reference to universities and colleges in our country＇s establishment of full- time master of sports training goal.
