双流板坯连铸低碳铝镇静钢钢水黏分析与改进

摘要 针对柳钢新150 t转炉系统双流板坯连铸机单流起机钢水黏事故进行分析,分析引起钢水可浇性差的原因,介绍实施的加强炉后脱氧、优化精炼渣系、减少铝损、更改透气砖结构、提高中包烘烤效果等措施及其效果。 The molten steel cohering accident occurring at the casting start in one strand of the twostrand continuous slab caster of new 150 t Converter System was analyzed; the causes resulting in bad casting of molten steel were analyzed, and the countermeasures such as to strengthen deoxidization of molten steel after tapping from the converter furnace, optimize refining slag system, reduce Al-loss, change the gas supply brick structure and enhance the heating-up effects of tundish, and as well as its effects were introduced.
