单开门椎管扩大成形术并发症研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 Hirabayashi分别在1978年、1983年采用单开门椎管扩大成形术治疗脊髓型颈椎病和颈椎管狭窄症取得良好效果。随着手术技术提高改进，手术器材不断精细，目前该技术已用于治疗多节段颈椎病，包括发育性、退变性颈椎管狭窄症、后纵韧带骨化症（Ossi-fication of Postieror Longitudinal Ligament，OPLL）、多节段脊髓型颈椎病、黄韧带骨化症（Ossification of Ligamentum Ftavum，OLF）、颈椎管狭窄伴无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤等，在近期和远期神经功能改善方面取得良好且稳定的临床疗效。
