玄武岩纤维微表处配合比设计及低温抗裂性能试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 玄武岩纤维具有耐高温性、化学稳定性、耐腐蚀性、与沥青有亲和性等许多优良的性能,可以增强微表处对道路的修复效果。通过对玄武岩纤维微表处试件进行湿轮磨耗试验、负荷轮粘砂试验、粘聚力试验和车辙宽度变形试验进行最佳配合比设计,并对玄武岩纤维微表处进行了低温抗裂性能验证,试验结果表明玄武岩纤维微表处可以显著提高微表处的低温抗裂性能,更适应用于西部高寒地区旧路面养护维修。 Having many excellent properties,such as the high temperature resistance,chemical stability,compatibility with asphalt,etc.,the basalt fiber can improve the repair effect of the micro-surfacing of the road.With basalt fiber micro-surfacing specimens,the wet-wheel abrasion test,the load wheel sticky sand test,the trial and cohesion rut width distortion test are performed to optimize the design of the mixture ratio,with the cracking resistance of the basalt fiber micro-surfacing verified.Test results show that the basalt fiber micro-surfacing can significantly improve the low-temperature-cracking resistance of the micro-surfacing,and therefore is more applicable to the maintenance and curing of roads in western alpine regions.
