公路桥梁国防重要性评价研究

Study of the Evaluation of the Importance of Highway Bridges in National Defense

着眼公路桥梁建设贯彻国防要求的实际需要,以公路桥梁国防重要性为评价目标,制定了由桥梁主要技术因素、军事因素和经济社会因素组成的评价指标体系,并选用模糊层次分析法对公路桥梁国防重要性进行评价,最后结合某长江大桥进行了实例分析,评价结果验证了方法的科学性和合理性。

Aiming at the actual needs of implementing the requirements of national defence in the course of the construction of highway bridges,and taking the importance of highway bridges in national defense as the evaluation target,an evaluating-target system made up of the main technical factors,the military factors,and the economic and social factors of the bridge is established in the paper,with the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process（FAHP）used to evaluate the importance of highway bridges in national defence.Finally,a typical Yangzi River bridge as a practical example is analyzed,and the result of the evaluation proves the scientific rationality of the method.
