米非司酮对早孕绒毛CD4+、CD8+及细胞因子的影响

目的探讨米非司酮对早孕绒毛CD4+、CD8+及细胞因子的影响。方法将本院2012年5月—2013年12月本院收治的100例早孕流产患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组患者给予人工流产,观察组在对照组的基础上术前口服米非司酮,观察并比较两组患者早孕绒毛CD4+、CD8+水平及细胞因子的差异。结果观察组患者的CD4+\CD4+/CD8+分别为(30.8±2.6)、(1.41±0.22)明显高于对照组(24.9±2.4)、(1.38±0.20),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而CD8+观察组为(20.2±1.9),对照组为(20.1±2.7),与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者TGF-β(22.18±5.21)低于对照组(26.63±6.43),观察组患者TNF-α(27.25±3.52)高于对照组(21.56±6.58),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工流产术前口服米非司酮可升高患者的CD4+,对CD8+无明显影响。

Objective To explore the influence of mifepristone on CD4＋,CD8＋ and cytokines of chorionic villi. Methods 100 pa-tients with pregnancy abortion were treated in our hospital from May, 2012 to December 2013,they were divided into the observa-tion group and control group, each group of 50 cases, the control group was given abortion treated, and the observation group was given the mifepristone treated on the basis of the control group, the difference of CD4＋,CD8＋ and cytokines in chorionic villi of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group of patients with CD4＋／ CD4＋/ CD8＋ were （30.8±2.6）, （1.41±0.22） was significantly higher than the control group （24.9±2.4）, （1.38±0.20）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）,while CD8＋treatment group was （20.2±1.9）, control group （20.1±2.7）, compared with the control group, no significant difference （P〉0.05）. The patients in observation group TGF-beta （22.18±5.21） lower than that of the control group （26.63±6.43）, the patients in obser-vation group TNF- α （27.25±3.52） higher than that of the control group （21.56±6.58）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Abortion preoperative oral mifepristone can be elevated in patients with CD4 ＋, but has no obvious effect on CD8＋.
