移动DR床旁胸部摄影临床应用的价值分析

目的对移动DR床旁胸部摄影在临床应用中的价值进行评价分析,为今后的临床工作提供可靠的参考依据。方法抽取2010年1月—2013年12月间影像科摄取的移动计算机X射线摄影(CR)与移动数字化X射线摄影(DR)床旁胸部片各180张,以CT检查为标准对DR于CR胸片的质量、对病灶的显示能力、对胸内各结构的显示能力进行对比分析。结果经比较发现,移动DR胸片质量优于移动CR(P<0.05),对病灶的显示能力、对胸内各结构的显示能力均表现为DR显示率高于CR(P<0.05)。结论移动DR床旁胸部摄影相对于CR而言具有显著的方便、快捷以及图像质量高等优势,值得关注并推广。

Conclusion The mobile DR in bedside chest photograph comparing with CR has significant convenience, rapidness and high im-age quality, worthy of attention and promotion.
