经食道超声心动图对左房及左心耳血栓的临床价值 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨经食道超声心动图对左房及左心耳血栓的临床价值。方法房颤组选择2011年2月—2013年2月我院收治的心房颤动患者70例,对照组同期选择在我院体检的健康人70例,两组都进行经食管超声心动图检查并进行相关指标的测定与计算。结果房颤组的LA容积明显高于对照组,而LAA-EF值明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组的SEC发生率为0%,房颤组的SEC发生率20.0%(14/70),房颤组的SEC发生率明显高于对照组(χ2=36.552,P<0.05)。Pearson分析显示LAA-EF与LA容积呈现明显负相关(P<0.05)。结论经食道超声心动图在心房颤动的诊断有利于判断左房体积及左心耳血栓情况,从而指导疾病诊断、治疗与判断预后。
