摘要
目的探究合理应用抗菌药物对医院感染病原菌耐药性的影响。方法资料随机在本院诊治感染患者102例作对照组,合理抗菌药物联动管理干预后感染患者104例作研究组。结果显示研究组总疗效比较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论医院合理应用抗菌药物联动管理干预,能够有效控制抗菌药物的用药强度和使用率,进而降低感染的病原菌耐药性,具有一定临床应用和研究价值。
Objective To study the effects of rational use of antimicrobial drugs on the drug resistance of pathogens causing noso-comial infection. Methods Data were randomly selected in 102 cases as control group infected patients in our hospital, 104 pa-tients were selected to study group the proper antibiotic linkage management intervention after infection. Results The total effect of study group was higher than that in control group （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion Rational use of antibacterial drugs linkage management in-tervention in hospital, can effectively control the antimicrobial drug strength agents and utilization rate, so as to reduce the drug resistance of pathogen infection, have a certain value in clinical application and research.
