386株铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性分析

摘要 目的了解铜绿假单胞菌感染的分布与耐药的情况,为指导临床合理用药提供实验室依据。方法采用法国梅里埃ATB Expression细菌鉴定药敏分析仪对我院2012年5月—2013年5月所分离出的铜绿假单胞菌的药敏结果进行回顾性分析。结果共分离出铜绿假单胞菌386株,其中痰及咽拭子共分离出243株,其构成比为62.95%,同时分布最多的科室为重症监护室与呼吸科.分离菌株的耐药性较为严重,其中对头孢唑啉、头孢噻肟钠、替卡西林、头孢呋辛的敏感率较低,其敏感率分别为:7.25%、33.16%、38.86%、42.75%。结论铜绿假单胞菌在医院内感染及耐药性已十分突出,临床用药应在药敏实验的基础上选择敏感性好的抗菌药物进行合理用药,避免耐药菌的产生。 Objective To investigate the distribution and resistance spectrum of P seud om onas aerug inosa and instruct to use drugs reasonably for physician. Methods To analysis the resistance status of 386 P. aerug inosa strains isolated from specimens during May 2012 to May 2013 by retrospective study method. Results There were 386 Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains, and 243strains were mainly isolated from sputum and throat swabs which were accounted for 62.95%, and the largest department of distribution were ICU and respiratory. The result of durg resistance showed that the sensitivety rates of cefazolin, cefotaxime, ticarcillin,cefuroxime, cefuroxime were 7.25% 、33.16%、38.86% 、42.75% respectively. Conclusion The prevanlance and drug resistance of P. aerug inosa hospital infection were worthing concern. The status of resistance of P. aerug inosa must be investigated, in order to provide evidence for clinical rational drug utilization.
