摘要
高校学生干部在学习与工作的过程中,经常会由于付出与回报的不平衡、功利思想严重、责任心缺乏、学习与工作的冲突等原因,陷入"囚徒困境"。需要采用更多的合理措施,应以完善组织制度建设,塑造良好的校园文化,建立有效的学生干部培养机制等方面,使学生尽早走出工作上的"囚徒困境",从而恢复到积极健康的工作状态。
In the process of learning and working, college student cadres often fall into the prisoner' s dilemma due to the imbalance between effort and reward, serious utilitarian thinking, lack of responsibility, and conflicts between study and work, etc. Therefore, colleges and universities need to take more reasonable measures to help students out of the prisoner's dilemma at work so as to restore to a positive and healthy working state from the perspectives of changing cognitive abilities of student cadres, improving personal accomplishment and interpersonal skills, adjusting positive psychological suggestion and cultivating the spirit of dedication, etc
