摘要
通过调查问卷的形式,对扬州职业大学2013届土建专业毕业生的就业岗位分布、就业专业对口率等进行了统计,针对毕业生对学校教学设施、课程开设情况、核心课程和教学方法手段的评价,探讨今后土建专业的教学改革:强化"教、学、做"一体化的教学模式,深化校企合作、顶岗实习的人才培养模式,以"三段式"教学模式强化毕业生核心能力的培养,加强师资队伍建设。
Through the questionnaire survey, this paper conducts an investigation among the 2013-year Civil Engi- neering graduates from Yangzhou Polytechnic College. It investigates several aspects close associated with the em- ployment situation, including job distribution, rate of major-related jobs, etc. Aiming at the graduates' evaluation on teaching facilities, courses established, core courses and teaching methods, the paper probes into the teaching reform on civil engineering specialty in the future and offers some corresponding suggestions.
