摘要 为了探究罗非鱼规格与耐寒性能的关系,筛选出具有代表性的罗非鱼规格,提高耐寒性能评价的准确性,开展了不同规格罗非鱼耐寒性能的研究.应用室内人工降温,以2℃/d垂直降温,直至所有试验鱼死亡,应用Logistic方程确定罗非鱼的低温半致死温度(LT50).结果表明:罗非鱼规格与耐寒性能相关,可以选择12朝(体重8.7~12.0 g)的罗非鱼进行后续试验. To investigate the relationships between tilapia sizes and cold tolerance and select representative tilapia size for accurate evaluation of the cold tolerance, cold tolerance of tilapias with different sizes was investigated. In the condition of indoor artificial cooling, with 2℃/d vertical cooling down to all the tilapias died, the lethal temperatures of 50%(LT50) of tilapias were determined by Logistic function. The results showed that, there was linear correlation between sizes and cold tolerance. We can choose tilapias with weight 8.7-12.0 g for the subsequent study.
