摘要 宏晟电热公司HG-220/9.8-MQ13型锅炉存在一次风喷口磨损和飞灰可燃物含量偏高等问题,分析了原因,提出了煤粉燃烧器的改造措施。实施后解决了一次风喷口磨损问题,降低了飞灰可燃物含量,提高了锅炉效率,锅炉在额定负荷下掺烧30%的高挥发分煤种,锅炉不结渣,全年可以节约资金193.24万元。 The HG-220/9.8-MQ13 boiler of Hongsheng Company had the problem ofwear of the primary air nozzle and high content of flammables in fly-ash. Causes of theproblem were analyzed and modification measures for the pulverized coal burner were putforward. After implementation of the modification measures the nozzle wear problem wassolved, flammables content in fly-ash was lowered and boiler efficiency was improved. As aresult, the boiler had no slag bonding with 30% of high volatile coal blending combustionunder rated load, saving CNY 1.9324 million annually.
