摘要
针对马钢二硅钢产线超滤系统清洗通量上不去、运行中通量下降很快的现象进行分析,从运行程序、工艺参数、清洗时间、清洗药剂、现场操作方面进行优化调整,取得了良好效果。
The problem of low cleaning flux and fast decrease of flux during operationof the ceramic ultra-filtration system at the No.2 silicon steel production line of Masteel wasanalyzed. The system was optimized in the aspects of operation program, process parameters,cleaning time, cleaning agents and actual operation, which has achieved good effect.
