摘要
考察了Ca(OH)2和Ca Cl2两种钙盐在反渗透浓水中的除氟效果。研究了Ca(OH)2和Ca Cl2除氟药剂投加量,合适的p H值,以及反渗透浓水中氯离子、硫酸根离子对除氟的干扰作用。试验结果表明:直接投加Ca(OH)2为3000 mg/L时或调节焦化反渗透浓水的p H值>9、Ca Cl2投加量为2000 mg/L时,出水氟离子低于10mg/L,达到国家废水排放标准。
The defluorinating effect of Ca(OH)2 and CaCl2 for reverse osmosis concentrat-ed water was investigated and the addition dose, optimal pH value and interference of chlo-ride ion in reverse osmosis concentrated water and sulfate ion on defluorination effect werestudied. The experiment results indicated that when directly dosing 3000 mg/L of Ca (OH)2 oradjusting the pH〉9 of the concentrated water and directly dosing 2000 mg/L of CaCl2, thecontent of fluoride in outlet water was below 10 mg/L, meeting the requirement of nationalstandard for wastewater discharge.
