摘要
黄酮类化合物具有多种生物活性和药理作用,橄榄富含黄酮,可作为黄酮类化合物的主要来源之一。本文概括了橄榄黄酮类化合物的提取分离方法和药理活性的研究进展,并提出橄榄黄酮类化合物提取分离技术及药用产品开发的发展前景。
Flavonoids have several bioactivities and pharmacological effects. Chinese olive is rich in resources and can be used as one of major sources of flavonoids. This paper summarized the research advancement of flavonoids from Chinese olive on extraction,separation and pharmacological activity and the development prospect of extraction, separation and medicinal product of flavonoids from Chinese olive was put forward.
