文章对世纪之交我国教育研究领域的“高校扩招与教育消费”、“WTO与中国教育改革创新”、“西部开发与西部教育”、“应试教育与素质教育”等热点问题进行了综合扫描,并对其关键问题进行了较为深入的思考,以期把这些问题的研究引向深入。

This paper attempts to discuss such issues as “college registration enlargement and educational expenses”;“WTO and Chinese educational innovation”;“exploitation and education in the west of China';“exam-taking education and comprehensive education ”;and so on;which have become very hot in the field of educational research at the turn of a century .
