摘要
绩效考核在我国烟草体系中的重要性日趋明显,而科学、合理的考核指标是高效绩效考核的基础。本文通过分析德州烟草绩效考核中存在问题,提出了“三层六员”模块化考核指标体系,为促进我国烟草商业企业绩效考核工作提供了参考。
The importance of performance appraisal system in our country has become more evident in tobacco, while scientific and rational assessment indicators is the basis for efficient performance appraisal. In this paper, though analyzing the performance appraisal' s problems in DeZhou Tobacco, Proposing a" Three levels-Six positions" modular evaluation index system, providing a reference to promote our tobacco business enterprise performance assessment.
