浅谈电力物资招标中价格评审办法的优化

在物资采购评标过程中,价格评审主要包括价格的权值设置和价格分计算两部分.电力物资招标过程中常用复合平均价法计算价格得分,能够一定程度上科学合理选择中标人,并对投标人报价具有指导意义.然而,该方法中部分参数的设置仍有待优化.本文通过对复合平均价法进行深入分析,针对基准价计算过程中如何确定区间以及价格分计算过程中如何调整系数,提出优化改进的建议.

In material procurement evaluation process, the price appraisal method including two part: seting the price weight and calculating the price score. Usualy, often chose the composite average price method to calculated price in bidding practices for the electricity material, which can choosing rational bidders and guiding the bidders price .However, some parameters of the method remains to be optimized. Based on the in-depth analysis of composite average price, this paper put forward the optimization suggestion to seting parameters.
