就基于海量网管信息,依据其数据波动规律,对其短期频谱资源使用态势等问题进行了研究探讨,提出了一种基于数据波动的短期态势分析方案。在保持网络稳定性及网络覆盖的基础上,减少不必要的空闲频谱容量,为频谱资源预警、设置载波参数提供有力支撑,提高经济效益和社会效益。

This paper aims to research and inquire problems of service condition inshort-term spectrum resource, and comes up with a short-term analytical method upon data fluctuation.The proposed method canbalance network stability andnetwork coverage, reducing idlespectrum capacity. This research provides strong support for the spectrum resources early warning, according to which network optimization can set carrier parameters to improve the economic benefit and social benefit.
