摘要
早春冻旱抽条与晚霜冻害是河西走廊地区桃树栽培与桃产业发展的瓶颈,为了有效防止晚霜与低温冻害,于2008年,在桃树良种上进行生长抑制剂PBO与生长调节剂碧护的使用试验,结果表明:萌芽后晚霜来临之前,树上喷20 000倍液碧护,受冻芽减少68个百分点,可有效地预防晚霜冻灾害。低温冻害后喷8 000倍液碧护可快速恢复树势,恢复新梢生长;沙红桃、甜桃王、阿布白桃3个桃品种2年生苗用PBO处理后,沙红桃、阿布白桃越冬抽条死株率均为0,甜桃王的死株率为6.67%,而对照树抽条死株率阿布白为33.33%,沙红桃为26.67%,甜桃王为40%。这2种药剂大幅度提高了桃树良种抗寒性,有效防治了桃树晚霜冻害与幼树冻旱抽条危害。
Shoot shriveling in freeze dry in early spring and freezing damage in late frost is bottleneck in cultivating and developing Amygdalus persicain the Hexi Corridor region.In order to effectively prevent late frost and freezing damage,in 2008,experiments applied by growth inhibitor(PBO)and plant growth regulators(VitaCat)were conducted.Result shows that after germination and before the late frost comes,frozen buds reduce 68% after spraying20 000times‘VitaCat',which can effectively prevent late frost damage.Spraying 8 000 times diluted liquid ‘VitaCat'after low-temperatured freeze damage can quickly restore vigor of trees,restoring growth of new shoots.After treated with PBO on three varieties of 2-year-old Amygdalus persica,the death rate of sprout of Amygdalus persica‘Shahongtao' Amygdalus persica ‘Abubaitao'are all 0.The death rate of sprout of Amygdalus persica ‘Tiantaowang'is 6.67%,while the death rate of sprout of the CK(Amygdalus persica ‘Abubaitao')are 33.33% 26.67%.The death rate of sprout of Amygdalus persica ‘Tiantaowang'is 40%.
