摘要
以纸纤维作为载体,碳纳米管(CNTs)为导电剂,采用普通造纸的工艺制成碳纳米管导电纸。通过对碳纳米管的石墨化处理改性导电纸性能,采用X射线衍射、热重分析、扫描电子显微镜、四探针电阻仪、矢量网络分析仪等对其表征。研究表明,当纸纤维和碳纳米管加载比为1∶1时,碳纳米管经石墨化改性后,导电纸电导率和导热系数大幅增大,在175~2 700 MHz频段,电磁屏蔽效能提高到-28^-35dB,对比未石墨化碳纳米管导电纸屏蔽效能平均提高10dB。
Pulp fibers were used as matrix and carbon nanotubes(CNTs)were used as conductive agent.The CNT conductive paper was made by traditional paper-making method.The conductive paper were modified by graphitization of CNTs.The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA)and shielding effectiveness(SE),four-point probes(4PP).The results show that when the incorporating of pulp fibers and CNTs was 1∶1,the conductive paper modified by graphitized CNTs shows better conductivity and thermal conductivity.In range of 175-2 700 MHz,the shielding effectiveness of CNT paper reached to-28--35 dB and improved 10 dB in average.
