摘要 本文采用聚乙烯醇为模板剂,用抗坏血酸为还原剂制备纳米硒.探究了反应条件对纳米硒的形貌和分散性的影响,得出了制备红色纳米硒的最佳反应条件:反应温度为40℃、反应时间为4 h、聚乙烯醇和二氧化硒的质量比为1/7、抗坏血酸和亚硒酸的物质量之比为4∶1.采用直接分散法,将纳米硒添加到聚乙烯醇中,通过静电纺丝技术得到了聚乙烯醇/纳米硒(PVA/Se)共混纤维.通过改变纳米硒的添加量发现,当纤维中纳米硒的质量分数不大于10%时,纳米硒在共混纤维中的分散性良好. The selenium nanoparticles was prepared with polyvinyl alcohol as the template agent and ascorbic acid asreducing agent. The effects of reaction conditions on the morphology and dispersion of selenium nanoparticleswere explored, and the optimum reaction conditions of preparing red selenium nanoparticles were obtained:reaction temperature was 40 ℃, reaction time was 4 h, the mass ratio of polyvinyl alcohol and selenium dioxidewas 1/7, the molar ratio of ascorbic acid and selenite was 4 ∶ 1. Selenium nanoparticles is successfully added tothe polyvinyl alcohol by adopting the direct dispersion method, and the polyvinyl alcohol/selenium nanoparticles(PVA/Se) blend fibers is obtained. By changing the adding amount of selenium nanoparticles, it is found that thedispersion of selenium nanoparticles in the blend fiber is good, when the mass fraction of selenium nanoparticlesin fibers is not greater than 10%.
