摘要
目的:探讨精神病患者的营养状况及饮食护理。方法:对新入院的241例进食明显减少患者进行身体营养状况评估,并结合疾病采取有针对性的饮食护理措施。结果:通过进行营养状况评估后的饮食护理,进食明显减少的患者身体营养状况得到明显改善。结论:对进食明显减少的精神病患者进行营养状况评估,并采取针对性的饮食护理措施,对患者的治疗和康复起到了良好的辅助作用。
Objective:To investigate nutritional status of patients with mental disease and their diet nursing. Methods: The physical and nutritional statuses of 241 newly-admitted cases ( who ate less) were evaluated. Then, a target diet nursing measure was adopted. Results:Through the diet nursing, the physical and nutritional statuses of these patients were significantly improved. Con-clusions:For the patients who eat less, the target diet nursing after the evaluation of nutritional status can help to enhance the treat-ment and rehabilitation.
