On Internal Governance of Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Social System Sense

本文通过对社会制度意识阐述,说明高职院校内部治理出现的问题受社会制度意识影响较大,在对高职院校内部治理分析基础上,指出强化社会制度意识是提高组织内部治理效率的重要途径,也彰显出社会制度意识是制度实施的重要组成部分。

The paper discusses the social system sense to indicate the great influence of social system sense on the internalgovernance of vocational colleges. Based on the analyses of the internal governance of vocational colleges, the paperpoints out that strengthening the social system sense is the route to the improvement of efficiency of the internal governanceof vocational colleges.
