化湿汤结合润肤止痒膏对湿疹小鼠血清IL-4和IFN-γ水平影响

Effect of Huashi Tang(化湿汤) Combined with Runfu Zhiyang Gao(润肤止痒膏) on Serum Levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ in Eczema Mice

目的:通过观察化湿汤结合润肤止痒膏对湿疹小鼠IL-4和IFN-γ水平变化的影响,探讨化湿汤结合润肤止痒膏治疗湿疹的作用机制。方法:60只小鼠,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、阳性药物组、化湿汤组、润肤止痒膏组及化湿汤结合润肤止痒膏组,除正常对照组外,其余各组建立湿疹模型。正常对照组和模型组不干预治疗;阳性药物组用益康唑乳膏治疗,而化湿汤组、润肤止痒膏组及化湿汤结合润肤止痒膏组则采用相应药物治疗,连续给药13天。ELISA法检测干预前后血清IL-4、IFN-γ水平。结果:与模型组比较,化湿汤结合润肤止痒膏组小鼠血清IL-4水平均明显降低(P<0.001),而IFN-γ水平则明显升高(P<0.001);与化湿汤组相比,化湿汤结合润肤止痒膏组小鼠血清IL-4水平明显降低(P<0.01),而IFN-γ水平明显升高(P<0.01);与润肤止痒膏组相比,化湿汤结合润肤止痒膏组小鼠血清IL-4水平明显降低(P<0.001)。结论:化湿汤结合润肤止痒膏具有下调湿疹小鼠IL-4及上调IFN-γ水平的作用。

Objective： To observe the changes of the serum levels of IL- 4 and INF- γ in eczema mice,to explore the mechanism on treating eczema of Huashi tang combined with Runfu zhiyang gao. Methods： Sixty Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank control group,eczema model group,eczema positive drug group,Huashi tang group,Runfu zhiyang gao group and Huashi tang combined with Runfu zhiyang gao group. In addition to the blank control group,the rest groups were established eczema model,each group was given the coresponding medicine. The levels of serum IL- 4 and INF- γ in mice were determined by ELISA. Results：Compared with model group,the level of serum IL- 4 decreased significantly（ P〈0. 01） in Huashi tang combined with Runfu zhiyang gao group,but the serum level of INF- γ increased significantly（ P 0. 001）. Compared with Huashi zhiyang gao group,the level of serum IL- 4 decreased significantly（ P〈0. 01） in mixed group,but the serum level of INF- γ increased significantly（ P〈0. 01）. Compared with Runfu zhiyang gao group,the level of serum IL- 4 decreased significantly（ P 0. 001） in mixed,but the level of serum INF- γdid not increased significantly（ P = 0. 065）. Conclusion： Huashi tang combined with Runfu zhiyang gao can significantly reduce the level of serum IL- 4 and increase the level of serum INF- γ of eczema mice,consequently maintain the dynamic balance of Th1 / Th2 cells,that may be one of the mechanism on treating eczema of Huashi tang combined with Runfu zhiyang gao.
