罗汉茶总黄酮抗血栓形成作用的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨罗汉茶总黄酮(TFER)的抗血栓形成作用及其机制,为进一步评估和研发罗汉茶提供实验依据。方法:建立3种实验性血栓形成模型:大鼠腹主动脉血栓模型、大鼠体内静脉血栓模型、大鼠"衰老加血瘀证"血栓模型,观察TFER的抗血栓形成作用及机制。结果:TFER能延长腹主动脉血栓形成大鼠血浆凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT),降低纤维蛋白原Fib含量,同时能缩短血栓长度,降低血栓形成率;能减轻体内静脉血栓形成大鼠的血栓湿重;能降低大鼠血清血栓素(TXB2)、内皮素1(ET-1)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制物(PAI)、丙二醛(MDA)含量以及脑组织MDA和脂褐质(Lf)含量,同时提高大鼠血清前列环素(PGI2)、纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量。结论:TFER具有抗血栓作用,其作用可能是通过调节凝血功能,调节血小板聚集反应,改善纤溶平衡异常,抑制脂质过氧化反应而达到抗血栓作用。 Objective: To investigate the antithrombotic effects of total flavonoids of engelhardtia roxburghiana( TFER) and mechanisms to provide an experimental evidence for the further evaluation and research of the antithrombosis of engelhardia roxburghiana Wall. Methods: To set up three antithrombotic models in rats,the model of abdominal aorta thrombosis,the model of venous thrombosis thrombosis,the model of aging and stasis in rats,and observe the antithrombotic effects and mechanisms. Results: TFER could prolong prothrombin time( PT),activated partiac thrombin time( APTT),thrombin time( TT) and decreased the content of fibrinogen( Fib),shorten the length of thrombus and decreased the rate of thrombosis; decreased the wet weight of thrombus; decreased the content of TXB2,ET- 1,PAI,MDA in serum and the the content of MDA,Lf in cerebral tissue,increased the content of PGI2,t- PA and SOD. Conclusion: TFER has obvious antithrombotic effect,the functional recovery through regulating coagulate funtion,platelet aggregation,improving fibirnolytic balance,restraining lipid peroxidation.
