同事不文明行为对员工离职意愿影响机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 不文明行为是指通过言语或非言语行为对他人实施的低强度、目标模糊的负面行为,在其对员工离职意愿的影响机制研究中忽视了情绪及组织支持的作用。根据情感事件理论及资源保存理论,探讨同事不文明行为对员工离职意愿的影响机制,其结果表明:消极情绪是同事不文明行为对员工离职意愿影响的部分中介变量,组织支持感对同事不文明行为与员工消极情绪之间的关系具有调节作用。
