从《论语》英译看经典翻译的双重视域 被引量：4

摘要 自明末西方传教士入华以降,西方世界对《论语》及其他中国古代经典的翻译已蔚为可观。进入21世纪以来,在全球化和多元文化处境中,文化间的交流和互动日益频繁。随着跨文化和跨学科研究的发展,新的《论语》译本不断涌现,而重译中国经典的呼声也越来越高,这反映了西方汉学界重新理解中国文化和中国学界重新建构自身文化的内在要求。然而,经典的重译必须建立在对已有翻译检视的基础之上。本文首先对《论语》英译的历史作简单的回顾,结合对《论语》英译不同翻译模式的考查,反思翻译之理念及经典翻译中的"中外"及"古今"双重诠释学视域,并进一步思考由此生发的传统和现代的关系问题及经典翻译研究对比较文学研究的意义。
