供应链系统企业社会责任风险与传导机制研究

Research on Corporate Social Responsibility＇ s Risk and Transmission Mechanism in Supply Chain System

在供应链系统中,各节点企业缺失社会责任产生社会责任风险,会传导并引发经济利益和社会利益损失。基于供应链系统视角,指出企业社会责任风险的来源,运用Logistic方程,建立传导模型并分析了四种不同情况下的传导机制。研究显示,在供应链系统中社会责任风险的传导具有一定规律,它与节点企业风险管控意愿和能力成反比,它的传导受时滞因素和风险传导系数影响。

In the supply chain system, the risks can be generated and transmitted along the supply chain when the node enterprises lack of social responsibility. The economic and social benefits losses may be produced. Based on the supply chain system, the sources of social responsibility risks are pointed out. The Logistic equation is used to analyse the risks＇ transmission mechanism in four cases. The research demonstrates that the risks＇ transmission when lack of social responsibility show some specific regulations in supply chain system. The risks＇ transmission are in inverse proporation to the node enterprises＇ willingness and ability in risk management and control. Meanwhile, both time - lag factor and risk＇ s transmission coeffective also have influences on it.
