摘要
随着我国现代农业的发展和农业价值链的转型升级,小农户面对的信贷约束问题日益显现,农业价值链融资作为正规金融的重要替代和补充策略,越来越受到广泛的关注和采纳。基于山东、山西、宁夏千余农户参与农业价值链融资行为的数据,探索参与不同形式价值链融资对农户生产经营的影响效果及其异同。结果发现,农户参与价值链融资有助于增加农户的农业收入和促进要素投入,并增加农户对相关生产服务的可得性。但不同形式的价值链融资对各类指标的影响存在差异。订单农业能显著地促进农户增加农业投入,同时也能增加农户对相关服务的可得性;而生产性借款不仅具有前者的影响效果,而且能够显著地促进农户农业收入增长。从长远来看,这些影响效果有利于帮助农户加入到农业价值链升级的进程并从中受益。
With the development of modem agriculture and upgrading ot agricultural value chain, the problem ofcredit constraints faced by small farmers is growing. Agricultural value chain finance, as an important complementary and alternative of formal finance, is regards as wider and wider attention and adoption. This paper take more than one thousand farms from Shandong, Shanxi and Ningxia three provinces as evidence, analyzed the effect of farmers＇ participation in agricultural value chain finance, and discussed the differences of effects between farmers who select different kinds of value chain finance, such as contract farming and productive loan. We found farmer＇s participation in agriculture value chain finance can help to increase agricultural income, promote production input and availability of relative services. However, there are differences in the effects between contract farming and productive loan. Contract farming could significantly promote the farmers to increase the production investment, and improve their availability of relative services; while the productive loan can increase farmer＇ s agricultural income beside the former＇ s effects. For long ran, farmers＇ participation in value chain finance is helpful for them to get benefit while the agricultural value chain upgrading.
