文章从六个方面论述毛泽东关于经济改革和经济管理的战略思想。(1)搞改革、抓管理一定要从国情出发,要紧紧扣住中国各个发展时期的具体情况。而基础的东西是准确了解和把握国情。(2)抓住所有制改革这个基本点。走社会主义道路,进行所有制改革是势之必然。这是一切关系的出发点。在发展社会主义进程中,社会主义因素只能是越来越多。(3)搞好生产布局,促进平衡协调发展。这是经济问题,更是政治问题。要通过新的科学布局,实现整体性的平衡协调,推进社会生产力健康发展,逐步缩小和消除差别,不断提高人民的生活水平,确保国家长治久安。(4)改革就是政治,管理也是社教。改革、管理,需要围绕社会成员结成的生产关系进行改造、改革和改善管理,目标就是使社会主义因素不断增加,逐步占据主导地位。(5)艰苦奋斗、勤俭建国。是建设社会主义强国的不二选择,艰苦奋斗、勤俭建国的思想和精神要伴随经济改革与经济管理的整个过程。(6)动员群众、组织群众、依靠群众。经济改革和经济管理的正能量蕴藏在人民群众之中,人民群众有无限的创造力。广泛动员、精心组织、紧紧依靠群众,就能无往不胜。

This paper researches Mao Zedong＇s strategic thoughts of economic reform and management from 6 aspects. （1） The reform and management should be based on the reality of the nation, and close related to the development stage. The foundation is to understand the national conditions. （2） The reform of the ownership is the key point, as well as the inevitable. It is also the start point of the social relationship. In the processes of socialism development, the socialist factors can only be more and more. （3） To improve the production layout and promote the balanced development is not only the economic issue, but also the political issue. We should through the new scientific layout to realize the overall balanced and coordinated development, promote the development of social productivity, gradually eliminate the gap between the rich and the poor, so as to improve people＇s living standard and ensure national security. （4） Reform is politics, management is also socialization. Reform and management should be implemented based on the productive relationship of the social members formed in production. The goal is to increase the socialist factors, and let it be the dominate. （5） Working hard and diligence is the necessity of building a socialism powerful country, which should be insisted during the whole process of economic reform and economic management. （6） Rely on the people is the foundation. People is the most powerful forces in the development, only rely on people can we reach the successes in the socialism development.
