Strategic Change Analysis for the Logistics Industry in the E-commerce Age

摘要 近年来,电子商务以其强有力的市场份额宣告电商时代的到来,为现代物流业的发展带来了新的机遇。物流业如何适应电商时代进行战略变革,对物流行业的长远发展乃至我国经济的可持续发展极具现实意义。从我国物流业的发展历程来看,在电商发展之初主要采取分离重组战略、市场细分战略、平台整合战略、信息化战略。在电商的冲击下,我国物流业呈现出第三方物流发展迅速、集成化发展、跨界整合、专业化四个明显的发展趋势。为适应发展趋势和电商的快速发展,我国物流业战略变革应从全供应链变革到柔性化,从单一服务变革到综合化,从区域化变革到国际化,从垂直化变革到短距化,从独立市场变革到市场优化,从关注通达变革到响应优化六个方面入手。 In recent years, e-commerce has announced the advent of e-commerce age with its strong market share. Meanwhile, new opportunities have been created for the development of modern logistics industry. The way to adapt to e-commerce age for the logistics industry so as to conduct strategic reform will exert great practical significance for the long-term development of the industry and the sustainable development of China's economy. Judging from the past development of the logistics industry in China, major strategies adopted include separation of restructuring strategy, market segmentation strategy, platform integration strategy and information strategy. Affected by e-commerce, China's logistics industry is featured by four obvious development tendencies, namely rapid development of third-part logistics, integrated development, trans-boundary integration tendency and professionalization tendency. Combined with the development tendency of e-commerce, strategic transformation of China's logistics industry shall change from whole supply chain to flexibility, from single service to totalization, from regionalization to internationalization, from verticalisation to short-distance transformation, from independent market to market optimization, and from focusing on arrival to responding to optimization.
