摘要
基于IT行业上市公司2009—2012年的面板数据,运用面板回归方法对企业市场势力与员工福利、股东价值与员工福利之间的关系进行了实证分析。研究发现,企业市场势力和股东价值均会对员工福利产生正向影响,东部地区企业市场势力对员工福利的影响要强于中西部地区,中西部地区企业股东价值对于员工福利的影响要强于东部地区。上述结论为我国IT行业不同地区的企业实现市场势力扩张,后进地区企业建立股东与员工之间的利益分享机制,实现股东价值与员工福利增长的协调发展,从而建立后发优势、实现"后来居上"提供了启示和借鉴。
By making full use of the principal component analysis method and panel regression model, the paper has studied the relationship between market power and employee benefits, the relationship between shareholder value and employee benefits, which is based on the panel data of the IT industry from 2009 to 2012. The results show that market power and shareholder value all have positive effects on employee benefits. The effect market power has on employee benefits of the eastern region is stronger than the central and western regions. And the effect shareholder value has on employee benefits of the central and western regions is stronger than the east. This conclusion provides the enlightenment and references to the IT industry to expand the market forces in different region in our country, and it will be helpful for enterprises in underdeveloped areas to set up system of sharing interests between the shareholders and employees, and then to achieve the harmonious development between shareholder value and employee benefit growth with purposes of establishing advantage of backwardness and realizing the "coming from behind".
