President Xi Jinping＇s successful visit to South Korea and the smooth convening of Bei- jing APEC Summit drew international attention to China-ROK relations and the Korean Peninsula issue in 2014. The motivation of China-ROK ties, whether North Korea is able to abandon nuclear program and seize the economic development opportunities and how to grasp the good development trend to avoid the existing and future ＂obstacles＂ between China and South Korea are now being hotly discussed. It is believed that in the healthy development of China-ROK relations, being ＂like-minded＂ is the premise and foundation, ＂advancing against difficulties＂ is the key, ＂steadily pushing forward＂ is the ultimate goal.
