论韩美全面战略同盟关系及未来走向

On the Comprehensive Stategic Alliance between ROK and USA v.s Its Future Orientation

1953年10月1日,韩美双方签署《韩美共同防御条约》,正式缔结了军事同盟关系。时至今日,韩美同盟已经走过了60年的发展历程,取得了一定的成果,尤其是韩国前任总统李明博执政以来,韩美同盟关系发生了实质性变化,由军事同盟升级为全面战略同盟。朴槿惠政府上台后,韩美这种全面战略同盟关系再次得到了确认,韩美同盟关系获得新定位。即便如此,韩美同盟关系仍存在着难以逾越的障碍,未来韩美同盟仍将在调整中不断巩固和强化。

Mutual De fence Treaty between the United States of America and the Republic of Korea was signed in Oct. 1st, 1953, thus the military alliance was officially established between the two countries. Up to now, substantial changes have taken place over the past 60 years, esp. during the governing of President Lee Myung-bak, the military atliance has upgraded to a comprehensive stratigic alliance. When Park Geun-hye came into power, the alliance was again and the USA will confirmed. However, obstacles still exist and the alliance between ROK have to be adjusted, enhanced and consolidated in the future.
