长吉图背景下延边产业结构的动态调整——基于投入产出的实证研究

Planning for Changchun-Jilin-Tumen Development and the Industrial Structure Adjustment in Yanbian——An empirical analysis based on the input-output data

在长吉图背景下,延边要在开放的视野下动态地调整产业结构。借助投入产出表,从实证的角度计算和分析了吉林省影响力系数、感应度系数、各项最终需求的诱发系数和各部门对最终需求的依存度系数,根据长吉图产业空间布局规划,延边产业结构调整要从产业关联度角度,合理调整支柱产业,承接产业转移,发展与长吉图窗口和前沿适宜第三产业,并合理使用各种需求刺激工具。

Based on the input-output data, an empirical analysis of the influence coefficient, sensitivity coefficient, coefficients of the production incentive and the final demand depend- ence of Jilin Province has been made herein. In accordance with Planning for Changchun-Ji- lin-Tumen Development, it is necessary for Yanbian to dynamically adjust its industrial structure by way of rationally modifying the pillar industries, facilitating industry transfer, developing feasible tertiary industry and applying various tools to stimulate the demand.
