摘要
工业生态效率是衡量城市工业可持续发展水平的重要指标。通过建立基于DEA模型的城市工业生态效率投入产出指标体系,运用DEA模型对湖南省13个地级市2008-2012年期间的工业生态效率进行了测度。结果显示:湖南省城市工业生态效率的总体水平还比较低,平均效率值只有0.758;区域间的差距较大,湘东、湘北地区的工业生态效率较好,湘西、湘南地区较差;工业用水的过多消耗,工业废水和工业废气的超量排放成为制约湖南省城市工业生态效率提高的主要因素。
The industrial eco- efficiency is an important indicator of the level of sustainable development of urban industry. This essay establishes urban industry eco - efficiency input- output index system based on DEA Model, and measures Hunan City' s industrial eco - efficiency during 2008 - 2012. The results show that: the overall level of Hunan urban industrial eeo - efficiency is relatively low, and the average efficiency value is only 0. 758. There is a larger gap between regions that the east and north of Hunan are higher than the west and south of Hunan. Excessive consumption of industrial water, excess emissions of industrial waste - water and exhaust gas are the major factors which restrict Hunan eco -efficiency.
