Information development changes the teaching environment and brings new challenge and opportunity to the teachers＇ development.In the information environment,the teacher should become the educationally intellectual scholar who is able to discover the problem,study the problem and solve the problem.However,in the present educational condition,the English teachers＇ professional development is in a dilemma.In order to solve it,we should broaden the way to professional development of English teachers and promote the rapid development of teachers with the help of online information resources.
