摘要
学风质量是一所大学的珍贵财产,学风的好坏直接影响一所大学人才培养的质量,以及学校在社会中的竞争能力。新建本科院校应该从本校学风建设的现状出发,从制度建设、氛围营造、教学改革、发挥合力、新生教育等方面着手,全面加强学风建设。
The academic atmosphere is the valuable property for a university.The academic atmosphere will directly influence the quality of the talent cultivating and the competition ability of the school.Newly upgraded universities should strengthen the construction of the academic atmosphere in the aspects of system construction,atmosphere creation,teaching reform,giving play to joint efforts,freshman education.
